Shipping Information

We process and dispatch all orders within 1-3 business days. Shipping is available both locally and internationally, with fees based on the weight of your order.

 

For local UK shipping, rates are as follows:

• £7 for small packages

• £12 for medium packages

• £22 for larger/heavier orders

 

For international shipping, costs are:

• £15 for orders up to 1kg

• £19 for orders between 1kg and 3kg

• £26 for orders up to 5kg

 

Delivery times vary depending on location. Standard UK shipping typically takes 3-5 business days, while international orders may take longer. A confirmation email with tracking details (if applicable) will be sent once your order is dispatched. Please ensure your shipping address is correct, as we are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect information.

 

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Due to hygiene reasons, skincare, beauty, and personal care products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or faulty. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

To start a return, please email us with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, the item must be sent back at your expense unless it is faulty. Once we receive and inspect the return, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
